THE ROLE

In this high-impact role, you’ll be the main responsible of our iOS app. You’ll not only develop the features and create a high-performing and intuitive app, but also strategize with the team about our core product. You’ll work alongside backend developers, Android developers, product managers, designers, data scientists and content creators to bring Innerjoy to masses.

To be more precise, you will

• Implement new features in our iOS app with Swift
• Manage integrations with 3rd party APIs
• Monitor problems, diagnose, track down and fix bugs
• Review code written by others to spot problems and ensure quality
• Write unit tests to ensure consistent results where appropriate
• Participate in the design and product management process: make feature suggestions and address usability of designs
• Promote agile working principles, robust and maintainable code and clear documentation
• Develop, prototype, and test new ideas, and remain at the forefront of mobile tech trends
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

In order to fulfil the requirements of this role, you should have at least three years of experience working in an agile environment and developing iOS apps, a strong proficiency in Swift and the desire to build an app from the ground up in a fast-growing start-up. 

• High proficiency in Swift
•  3+ years of hands-on iOS app development experience
• Desire to build high quality and performance consumer apps that improve users’ lives
• Comfortable in working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Comfortable in having the full accountability of the iOS app now and growing the team in the future by hiring more developers
• Clear communicator with experience working in cross-functional teams or collaborating closely with other divisions
• Team player with a knack for business and building winning products

In this high-impact role, you’ll be one of the architects of our Innerjoy’s core product. You’ll work closely with our CTO and developers working on the iOS & Android clients as well as product management in an agile, cross-functional setting while always keeping the customer in focus.

• Support developing the core Innerjoy product using Python (+ MongoDB)
• Manage integrations with cloud service providers and 3rd party APIs
